“I am actually a little sad to post such a bad review, and six months ago I would have done 5 stars, but recently I have struggled with benefits brow bars in Edinburgh. I got the three brow wax and tint card and tried to use it twice last year at the John Lewis brow bar. Due to shortage of staff they changed my bookings to the Boots counter downstairs, which is fine except they don't take the prepaid cards from other areas, so I had to pay again. Combo cards expire after six months so when I went asked if I could extend my card for an additional amount of time due to the inability to use it in the correct store, contact from the help desk was intermittent then non-existent, and my issue has not been resolved. The cards are not cheap, and I have decided to go elsewhere to get my eyebrows done as the potential to have to pay full price or not have my combo card accepted is too high. Shame as the actual wax and tints were good.”
