“I've been here lots and the quality varies from visit to visit. The milk tea is generally good, but the toppings are sometimes mushy or inedibly bitter, last time I felt a bit unwell after eating the tapioca which had a bad texture. I'd give it 4 stars 80% of the time, but the other 20% I'd only give 1 or 2 stars. That said, their White Rabbit Latte is really good, I'd still recommend it to anyone regardless of the topping issues. I really liked their Pistachio flavour last winter as well. Staff are also very patient as they deal with a lot of unreasonable tourists lol.”

“The quality of the drinks are ALWAYS so consistently made with such care and consideration! I have not had a single drink from here that’s left me even the tiniest bit disappointed. Today I ordered 4 drinks from Uber, and one drink I requested more strawberry flavouring in the notes (as there wasn’t an option through the app) When I got the drinks, there was a kind little note on the cup and it was so nice!! I also got a smiley face drawn on my bag and I just love this- I find it so sweet and funny!!
