“I got a brown sugar standard bubble tea from here a while ago, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Today, I ordered the same drink, but it was so hard to swallow. It was overly sweet. So much syrup that I was all stuck at the bottom. The tapioca was also very undercooked. The waiting time was also very long for the very few customers who were waiting. Couldn’t not drink this at all unfortunately. £5 down the drain:(”

“We are visiting from England and have loved our trip to Scotland, but unfortunately this was the only bad experience. The customer service was very poor. There were two ladies and one man working. I was speaking to the man about an issue when suddenly one of the ladies came over and said, “We are not going to sell anything to you.” This happened in front of my child, which was very upsetting. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour. I hope management improves staff training and customer service in the future.”
