“Shocking experience. Please save your money for a proper well built house. I have been in my home for 7 months and still LOTS of snagging issues. I wish I didn’t exchange until this was done as they do not do it. Several turnover of site managers. Had to reiterate snagging to new person, even provided my own detailed email with photos and professional snagging company report and still nothing. Workman ship is awful, supposedly inspected prior to hand over (DO IT Yourself at site visit) I’d recommend booking a professional snag company prior to key handover. Only way you are likely to have this done. Iv emailed back and forth, they reply with apologises and acknowledgments but that’s it. A lot of rubbish. Some of the work is appalling. Not 5 star at all! Hi Sam, I have emailed several times via my partner. Still no luck. Maybe best if you speak with the site.”

“Reserved our plot in July 2021 with an expected entry date Apr-Jun 22. With a new baby due at the end of May, time has been a stressful factor for us, however Barratt have been extremely helpful in getting us access in time before our due date. Since receiving our keys less than a week ago, I can honestly say we have been blown away with the level of support and service we have received from both the site manager Lee and in particular the assistant site manager Shaun who has literally gone over and above to rectify every single snag as soon as we have flagged it. Shaun has a genuine desire for customers to experience a 5 star service and he wants everyone to be 100% happy with their new home. You can tell he gets the utmost satisfaction when customers are left smiling. Having bought a new build previously with another well-known builder we have been able to make comparisons on all levels of service and finish. I am genuinely delighted with the finish on our Barratt house, there have been no structural issues so far and as I said any small snags were literally dealt with within minutes of making a phone call to Shaun. Our experience has been brilliant, Shaun is an absolute diamond and an asset to Barratt homes. Thank you!”
