William kept in contact after his initial quotation and answered all the questions we had. William always turned up when he said he would and on time. We went to stay with family during the initial building work, William kept us updated regularly on how work was progressing and would call if there were unexpected works that needed rectified. He and his team cleaned daily after themselves and kept our home as tidy as possible when you're completing significant building work. Even our neighbours commented on how respectful and hardworking he and his team were. William's work was fairly costed compared to other quotes we received.
