“I have been at Cozy Cafe on few occasions and have very mixed feelings about this place. Positive points are freshly made and good quality food, as well as drinks being available at very reasonable prices, and this is it. Unfortunately, service seems to be usually not cheerful or welcoming, while atmosphere is rather cold than cozy. Since there is not any heating up there in winter months it should operate under BYOB scheme, which stands for Bring Your Own Blanket. Will probably come back in summer.”
