“Sorry to say it guys, but the customer service was terrible. We had our campervan booked in for a service and MOT, and we explained in detail that we needed a Habitation Check and minor fixes done to the van. All this was conveyed over the phone and we expected this to be a simple process. However, days passed and we heard nothing. Of course things don't always go as planned with parts deliveries being delayed and MOT complications. We understand that. But when it does happen let the customer know! Don't just go silent. All it takes is a 5 min phone call to explain the situation, or even a text would have been nice. But comms were slow or non-existent. After numerous calls, we ended up getting mixed messages from every staff member that we spoke to. In the end, our bill was £150 more than expected, again we were not informed of this ahead of time. I could say more, but I'm just glad it's all over. I paid it and gave up. We won't be back.”
