“Pathetic. They don't answer the phone. I have phoned 10 times in the last 2 days at different times of the day. I just need to know what time to pickup my car so I can take leave. Is it morning or evening? will it even be on the day they mentioned? no one knows. This has been escalated to the site and area manager and still no response. How these guys are in business is beyond me. Avoid at all costs.”

“Would be 0 stars if possible. Completely impossible to speak to reception on the phone, they absolutely never answer calls. Car was released with incomplete repair after being with garage for a month, and then the wrong part was ordered to complete the repair, on a 3 month back order delay. Finally the correct part was ordered and arrived the next day!! If someone had fitted all the parts the first time the car was in it would have saved 3 months of anxiety waiting for a part to arrive. Thanks Admiral for sending me somewhere so useless.”
