“Came to get my gearbox serviced and transmission oil replaced, was booked in and nothing happened after two days. Understand can be busy but poor comms. Told me no notifications were up on the dashboard even when I had emailed photos. Seemed like no one had looked at car properly. I gave up and when I came to get car it had been moved onto a random street 5 minutes away without my knowledge. They definitely take on more cars than they can manage!”

“Only been twice and only had negative experiences unfortunately. First time Leak on the liquid coolant tank They changed a different piece 200£+, had to go back after 3 days cause was still leaking. Second time 900£+ mot and shock absorber problem apparently solved only to find out from another garage that was wrongly reassembled and now have to pay more to get it fixed as it cause other problems. Never again 👍”
