“Horrendous experience with this garage. Used to be amazing when Ian was there but gone massively downhill since then. Rude, arrogant and very unhelpful. My 75 yr old mother’s car received a parking ticket while it was getting serviced. They promised they would pay it. They didn’t. My mum kept getting asking them if they could pay it. They kept saying they would, but kept not paying it. After Ross PROMISED he would pay it after her last request, the Sheriffs Officers turned up at my mother’s door (for the second time, first time prior to this promise to pay) demanding £300. This was just 3 weeks after her husband died of brain cancer - which they were aware of when promising to pay it. This has caused her a huge amount of anxiety and stress. They may be good with cars but are in my opinion do not deserve your, or anyone else’s business.”

“Went for MOT, they seemed to have done a good job and were flexible/understanding with timings. However, poor communication throughout. They said they’d call when it was done but didn’t. Then the car needed repairs before passing and they agreed to confirm final quotes with me first, but then they went ahead without checking. Thankfully, it was within the price of the original estimate but I would have appreciated better communication so I didn’t have to worry about it being over budget.”

“Have been to this garage several times (MOT etc) and they’ve always done a good job. Today I brought my car round as I heard a strange noise while driving. The found the problem (loose exhaust heat shield), fixed it quickly and charged me less than £30 for it. Amazing!”
