“I’m delighted with my new X6 and I can’t rate the customer service highly enough at Prestige Motors. I’m a bit of a car enthusiast, as we live locally over a period of time, I had seen a few different cars in Prestige Motors that I liked. Even though I had test driven a few, I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for. I spotted the X6 one night, test drove it the next day, paid a deposit and purchased it. They were a few cosmetic tweaks that I wanted to bring the X6 back to its original glory, along with refurbished alloys, it was great to feel listened to and not made to feel like a ‘fuss pot’ lol. The car looked transformed when I picked it up. All in all, a very positive experience buying a car, by very patient, polite and professional people 😃”

“I bought a audi Q7 from this company and once I got home I stuck the car up on a 4 post lift and got under the Q7 and discovered a big oil leak, I phoned scott at prestiged and was passed onto alana the aftercare person, They had my car collected from aberdeen which was 120 miles away and took the Q7 back to their garage. Thry dropped the engine out of the bottom of the car and fault finded the issue which was the timing cover seals and found a couple of other issues like a crank shaft pulley that was starting to fail and transmission seals. They done the right thing and fixed everything which was a considerable size job as the timing covers are hard up against the bulkhead so to get access to it they had to take the engine out of the car and on a big Audi Q7 the engine is massive. While the the engine was out they also checked the timing chain and tensioner guides which the whole repair took 36 hours labour to rectify. It did take them close to 40 days to get the repair done but I did not mind because I understood this was a massive undertaking to repair. I am very satisfied with the experiance with prestige. The staff and the salesman scot are very nice pleasant and presentable and good to deal with. Well done prestige :)”
