“Very disappointing experience since the change in management. Shaved face employee is rude, lazy, rush the job and does not clean the car properly. Abusive behaviour, which is completely unacceptable. The other staff member (with beard) actually does a good job. However, it was concerning to see him being trained by the rude employee and encouraged to rush the work in the same careless manner. The owner really needs to look into the behaviour and standards of this employee.”
