“Impressed with a recent visit to this branch, our car was valeted to an excellent standard for the price (£45 including external wash) - particularly considering it took less than 40 mins. Unfortunately don't have before pictures to show the improvement, but we have a dog and they managed to remove all trace of mud/hair. Great professional service from Ash, will definitely return.”

“Very disappointing experience at IMO Car Wash at Jewel ASDA. I have been using IMO Car Wash for over 7 years, and as a taxi driver I use car washes very frequently. Unfortunately, this was the worst visit I have ever had. The manager was shouting at me and behaved in a very unprofessional manner. He told me that because I paid a discounted price, I was not entitled to receive the service advertised. Despite trying calmly to explain, he continued shouting, took my money, and did not provide the service I paid for. The wash advertised “Triple Foam Wash,” but no shampoo or foam was used at all, only water. My car was left dirty with visible stains, which feels misleading and unacceptable. The site looked messy, the service quality was extremely poor, and the attitude of the new management was shocking. I also have dashboard camera footage showing the advertised service and what was actually provided. This experience left me feeling very let down. I would not recommend this location unless management and service standards improve significantly.”
