“Sadly I should’ve listened to the other reviews but I figured how bad could a car wash be? The car is essentially just as dirty upon leaving as before entering, particularly the roof and back. I had chosen the 2nd best option as well, so it wasn’t a cause of a cheap option. I will have to take my car elsewhere to get it actually cleaned now.”

“The top tier washing for a mid-size hatchback, nothing out of regular. The washing left the wheels dirty as if they were not touched at all, the sides where inconsistently washed, and the back of the car was both dirty and soapy. It might be that there was an issue with the washer itself, however, as a customer I do not need to guess and hope that it works as expected. I'm going for the automated one to get the same results every time while this particular one seemed not to do the job properly.”

“When this opened initially a few years ago it was great. Several visits later it’s terrible. Service is poor and even after paying for the wash I was asked for £5 if I wanted it dry. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.”
