“Just recently purchased a carpet from Steve at Potobello. He offered expert advice and provided lots of samples to help us decide. Nothing was too much bother . The fitters Brad and Kieron arrived on the18th Feb and promptly began to move the furniture without any hesitation. They worked very hard and efficently lifting the old carpet, laying the new one and clearing up/ hoovering when they finished . It was an attic and a stairway which was challenging but never a problem for Brad & Kieron. They worked hand in hand and nothing was a problem. They were respectful and careful throughout the whole process. The workmanship was of a very high standard and we would recommend them for any future work . It was a pleasure to have two Tradesmen in my house who took such pride in their work. We are totally delighted with the new carpets.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I reached out multiple times to inquire about carpeting services. They went into my place and measured everything , later I went into the store to choose the carpet , all good there but later they never replied . Not even an acknowledgment of my messages. I waited patiently, hoping for a response, but it was a complete waste of my time twice , If this is how they handle potential customers, I can only imagine what the service might be like. Poor communication and zero reliability. I do not recommend.”
