My first contact was with Conor in the Penicuik branch who was very friendly and knowledgeable, he had time and patience, great customer service. A chap came to measure up exactly when the slot was booked. I was kept up to date on dates and times convenient to me for fitting. Jason and Conner arrived to fit the carpet, again 1st class workmanship, very friendly, worked swiftly and tidied up as they went and finished off hoovering up after them. Great job lads.
