“Very disappointed with Pentland carpets. We had cleared living room, bedroom, hall and stairs. Waited on fitters arriving ( no complaints about fitters as they are independent)and eventually phoned Keith to be told carpet wasn't there. Fitters were busy so had to wait till they could fit us in again. Carpet was measured wrong by Keith for stairs and landing so had to wait again for new carpet. He said he would give us some compensation and have never heard anything else since. Not even a phone call after it was all done.”
