I first contacted them over the busy Christmas period to discuss replacing the flooring on Edinburgh's All Aboard Community Canal Boat after an upcoming repair. Despite this perhaps unique request, they quickly gave good advice on the best hardwearing vinyl's to suit our requirements, and got preliminary quote over which made getting approvals easy on our end. The survey was smooth and informative, and the order process went above an beyond. We had a trip booked a few weeks away and getting it installed quickly was our priority, and so they managed to get a earlier delivery run with the supplier and got the install booked in within 2 weeks which exceeded every expectation I had when I introduced that logistical obstacle. Installers arrived promptly on install day, really nice guys who worked hard and efficiently to complete the work.
