“I used stress free flooring for laying a vinyl in my kitchen. When the measurement took place I asked for the vinyl to go under my washing machine which is easily pulled out without having to tinker with the plumbing. They found the pattern I wanted which was good and gave me a reasonable price. The guys came to fit it and I had to leave so left them with instructions to include my boiler cupboard. When I came back they had fitted it well but did not extend the vinyl under the washing machine as agreed. When I phoned to explain I was told this was not what we agreed so I was not happy. It would have helped if they had apologised.”
