“Booked our flooring in October 2025 dates agreed 3rd 4th and perhaps some of 5th February 2026. Morning of 3rd they arrived around 11 30 ish due to accident on bridge.The team had kept us updated and we completly understood .They got to work (which we were happy with) At 3pm they told us they were finished for the day.On the 4th they arrived around 10 am as they had to collect more materials for the job which they had not been informed about. They finished for the day again at 3pm to inform us they would be back on the Saturday. I explained this was not correct and we had a painter ready to start work on the Friday. I asked them to sort this out ,at 4 30pm i had to call Darren at the dunfermline branch.He asked if the team were finished. I explained the situation and that never at any time were we told there would be a two day gap before they would finish the job. He could not help nor could the Boss .WE WERE LEFT IN THE LURCH!!!! The team arrive on the Saturday finished at 3pm,i questioned why they could not have worked later on the Wednesday to complete the job .It was explained to me that their football team Hibs were playing that night.NEED I SAY ANYMORE! OBVIOUSLY NO CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS COMPANY. DEFINATELY NO GLOWING REPORT FROM US>”
