“Only 1 star because it doesn't allow no stars. Noise tonight in the lounge was ridiculously loud. Numerous customers complaining (not sure how many to staff) not one member of staff or management had a word with the group causing the disturbance after customers complaining to them. Noise could be heard in the main hall. Management on the night didn't seem to care. All you get is if it's too noisy in the lounge sit in the main hall. What's the point if you can hear it from the hall? Try speaking to the customers causing the noisy and pressing the claim buttons unnecessarily. Also have to hunt for claim buttons because they disappear into the main hall for customers sitting in the hall. These buttons are meant for the customers sitting in the lounge because they can't be heard claiming verbally. About time this was dealt with.”
