“📍@bucks.bar Edinburgh for some banging fried chicken and cocktails 🍗🍹 This was a spontaneous tea after we fancied burgers, and such a good decision! Proper butter milk chicken burgers available in so many flavours as well as wings, chicken and waffles, nashville hot chicken and much more. I got the chicken Kiev burger which had garlic butter, aioli, and a crispy onion and cheese crumb. One of the best chicken burgers I've had, absolutely massive bit of chicken, and the garlic butter was just insanely good. I upgraded to salt and pepper fries which was an excellent decision, just a little kick and so much flavour. Also in the picture is the salt and pepper chicken burger, hash browns and salt and pepper popcorn chicken - you absolutely dont need sides here the burger and chips were soo filling! The bill came to about £80 including service charge, 3 beers and 2 cocktails so not too bad for how much food we had! Cocktail wise there was a good selection, I played it safe and enjoyed a strawberry margarita and a peach mojito. The cocktails are 40% off mon- wed! Would recommend and would return if in the area🍗🫶”

“All I can say is WOW. I was recommended this place by a local colleague and they weren't wrong, today I had the best burger of my life. Scott was an exceptionally good host and made us feel welcome from the very start, quickly finding us a table with no reservation despite it being fairly busy. My partner and I both had the chicken Kiev burger and agree it was the best burger we've ever eaten. The flavours were outrageously good and there was plenty of food too. I opted for the salt and chilli chips which, again, we're absolutely incredible. I live a 7 hour drive away but would happily return to Edinburgh for no other reason than to relive this experience all over again. The cocktails were delicious too; I had a classic mojito and a twister (themed on the twister ice lolly) which were creatively put together and the twister even included a mini ice lolly garnish! The music was played at just the right volume, conversation was easy and every single song was an absolute banger! There's not much left to say except not only do these guys seriously know chicken, they go the extra mile and then some! The service, food and drinks all exceeded our high expectations. I really hope I end up in here again one day, thank you guys 🙏 EDIT: Just popped in again on our way back to the airport.... They found us a freshly cleaned table straight away and promptly served us. I went for 'The King' this time; hot satay with chilli jam and a side of salt & chilli chips. The other half had the BBQ chicken waffle with Mac & cheese and it was also amasing. For the second time the food was outrageously good - I want to marry this restaurant!”

“Staff were friendly and efficient with time... You can tell they work hard. I ordered from the non-glyten containing ingredients menu and they pre-warned about possible contamination. Was asked twice if coeliac because the menu is not suitable for coeliacs... Love this extra precaution and the food.... Omg it was delicious and filling! I ordered a vegan shake (dairy intolerance also) and it was soooo yum! Haven't had a good shake in years because of my intolerance. It was definitely worth the trip. Also Mon - wed is 40% off cocktails!!imagine that!”
