“RAW CHICKEN! We ordered from the Musselburgh store last night and this is what came raw chicken! When I called the store they told me my food was cooked to temperature and it isn’t raw. they have refused to do anything about this. We also had items missing from this order which they don’t care less about. I have spoke to the manager and he didn’t care less about my complaint. HE was extremely rude over the phone. Biggest waste of money”

“We was on our trip and need fuel and have some rest. We order burgers and fries . Burger Bird with additional chicken and hashbrown. Fries Mexican style with jalapeños and tortillas chips . Food was delicious and we didn’t wait too long . Price could be better as a bit expensive but food was really nice and fresh .”

“I stopped off here for lunch whilst working the other week. I wasn’t sure what I was excepting as I don’t have fast food very often. Since it’s not one of the big chains I wanted to give it a go. It’s a new development and I was intrigued. They have those fancy screens which allow you to place an order without speaking to anyone. Unfortunately none of these devices were working so I had to engage with a human. The woman in question was a younger lass who was clearly learning the ropes. Their till wasn’t working so she called through her senior who took over. She wasn’t the friendliest. She was bossing people around whilst taking my order. As a result I had to repeat my order 2-3 times. It was quite a volatile environment and nobody seemed happy. The bin was overflowing with rubbish which is quite disconcerting especially with a new establishment. It wasn’t even busy. I ended up paying through the till in the other shop. Anyway, I ordered the cluck’n megabite burger and 5 chicken wings with Korean Sticky BBQ. The megabite is chicken burger with melted cheese and hash brown. It was surprisingly tasty. The bun was fine but nothing special but the chicken was crispy and each bite was flavourful. The wings were also nice. The sauce enhanced the dish. Chicken came off the bone quite effortlessly. They also do dirty fries, waffles, wraps and a few other sides as well as desserts and milkshakes. I could be wrong but I reckon all these other items will be just like your usual subpar scran that you get from similar places. The chicken is the main show. The bill was quite reasonable. Overall, I was quite impressed by the chicken. The staff/organisation is poor. You can tell the staff moral is low which impacts customer experience. I feel that 3 star is fair for what it is.”
