★★★★★“I wanted to share a quick review after buying my Christmas tree from Pinkie Farm Shop this year — and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with it. I went for a Nordmann Fir, and it’s easily the best tree I’ve ever brought home. The shape is spot on, the needles are rich and deep green, and it has that full, festive look that makes the whole room feel cosy. It’s incredibly fresh too — not a needle dropping, just a strong, healthy tree that still looks perfect. What really made the experience even better was the staff. They didn’t just help me pick the right tree; they took the time to explain how to care for it properly — from keeping it watered to where to position it in the house so it lasts longer. Their advice has clearly worked, because the tree still looks as good as the day I bought it.”
★★★★★“I have just returned from Australia to visit my elderly parents, who have only recently moved into the area, and I was extremely pleased to see that they have such a high-quality convenience store right on their doorstep. I’m very impressed by the range and quality of the products, and I sincerely hope the community continues to support you as strongly as you support the community.”
★★★★★“I had the absolute worst experience purchasing a Christmas tree from Pinkie Farm. The tree they sold me was practically dehydrated on arrival. The moment I cut off the netting, needles rained everywhere — I filled TWO large bags with fallen needles on day one alone. The branches were brittle and unbelievably thin for an 8-foot tree, and by the next morning they were already wilted and lifeless. My home is kept at a stable 16–18°C and the tree was placed far from any heat sources. I topped up the water in the stand every single day, desperately trying to revive it, but it was clear the tree had been neglected long before I ever brought it home. It was sold to me dry, damaged, and beyond saving. When I contacted the store to request a refund, they refused to acknowledge the condition of the tree, despite me clearly explaining (and proving) that it was completely dried out from the start. This was my first — and absolutely LAST — purchase from Pinkie Farm. I’ve bought real Christmas trees for years and know perfectly well how to care for them, and I have never had an experience as disappointing and frustrating as this one. Avoid this place at all costs.”
