“Had a cracking lunch here yesterday. We had the handpulled lanzhou noodles with beef in a soupy broth with an added tea stained egg on the side. We also took the dumplings (chicken, mushroom, and chinese cabbage) in a peanut butter and chilli oil sauce. The noodle itself was made to order right in front of us, and carried a lot of flavour. The broth was warming, comforting, but also surprisingly subtle and light. Dumplings equally good. Everything cost under £25 but they have a promotion going on, so we managed to get a further 30% reduction. Really lovely staff too, will definitely be back.”
