“A must-try noodle restaurant in Edinburgh! If you like stronger flavors, I’d recommend their stir-fried hand-pulled noodles. Add some special chili oil and garlic from the condiment station — it tastes amazing. The price is reasonable too, and the portion size is pretty generous.”

“Popped by at around 7pm on a Friday to grab a takeaway and it was absolutely heaving — big queue, people eating in, delivery drivers coming and going, the lot. One girl on FOH was somehow taking all the orders and payments, clearing tables and hand‑pulling every single portion of noodles. Two people in the kitchen working flat out. They were clearly under huge pressure but just kept going. It took about 20 minutes to get to the front of the queue and we were told our order would be around 40 minutes as she still had another 20 bowls of noodles to pull. Totally fair enough — we were happy to order, head home, and pop back later. When we came back it was still packed. While we waited for our food we ended up helping clear a couple of tables because they were doing everything they could to keep up. And honestly? The noodles and dumplings were the best I’ve had. Incredible texture, brilliant flavour — absolutely worth the wait. We’ll definitely be back, and next time we’ll eat in. Huge credit to the staff, especially the girl up front who, despite being completely overwhelmed, stayed friendly, sweet and just kept powering through. Proper grafters. Looking forward to returning.”
