“I was in yesterday, and Graeme was excellent. I needed a new battery and strap for my wristwatch. He explained all the options, was not in the slightly pushy, and let me choose. He then put in the new battery, and attached the new watch strap: all very quickly, and professionally, and of course with no extra cost. The overall prices were very reasonable. I now live in Midlothian, but if I need a Timpsons again, I would try to get to this branch in Edinburgh, rather than unknown local ones, as Graeme is so helpful. 10/10”
