“Hi, Very disappointed in this company as we have had experienced extremely bad customer service so please avoid!!! We made a simple order of a sliding door system including the door. Quick delivery which was good. We installed the system no problems all Ok we however had a slight delay on Our job as it’s a busy time of year so we held back on installing the door itself. It’s been 2-3 weeks since the door was delivered and left unopened as to Keep it damage and dirt free. (Oh the irony) We unpack The door to find it in a very bad condition including damage to two corners and also damage to the face of the door. After emailing direct doors.com with pictures they have bluntly refused to help as it’s out of there 24-48 hour response times 😂 At first look online we thought they were a good pick but in our business we realise sometimes some things don’t work out so you need a good customer service. Unfortunately this company don’t have it! If you have plans to order numerous doors like a site project this company is a waste of time! My reply: Rated 1 out of 5 stars As I can’t respond to your reply I… As I can’t respond to your reply I thought best to leave another review. Thanks for your reply and that you have basically confirmed why people shouldn’t buy from you (most contractors may have some difficulty checking an item in 48 hrs) (God forbid if it was 5/10 damaged doors delivered) Thanks again for offering no possible replacement door or any options on compensation. We will purchase another door at our cost so our customer is at least happy with our service!”

“Absolute charlatons! I ordered an 44mm oak door in good faith, they delivered the wrong size 35mm, made many excuses about their website being wrong and having to update it. They obviously didnt think I would notice?? Then flatly refused to uphold the order and deliver what was purchased. Then the manager had the audacity to say that they were helping me out by collecting the incorrect door that they delivered at NO CHARGE!!! Seriously terrible attitude and service. I would not recommend using this company at all - spend your money elsewhere!”
