“I used this company a few months back. I was disappointed with my experience with Edinburgh Windows and Doors. The communication throughout the process was not as clear and I often felt unsure about timelines and next steps. The installation took longer than originally estimated, and I didn’t feel that my concerns were fully addressed when I asked for updates. With some problems even after installation there was very little communication and defensive responses. While the staff were polite, the overall service didn’t meet the level of professionalism I was hoping for, especially given the cost.”
