“I've been trying to get something sorted out for a faulty window for well over a year now. I had been speaking to someone called Shirley in your Edinburgh branch, whom I assume is no longer working for you as she's not replied to any correspondence in months. My builder has also been trying to speak with you about having this rectified and has visited your Edinburgh branch a couple of times. The window in question is in my one year old son's bedroom - it's so draughty we couldn't put him in there at the start of the year and given that it's taken this long to get absolutely nothing done, I'm now starting to make preparations to move him into our room before winter comes and it gets too cold again. These windows came with a 10 year warranty. I assumed that this meant that they were covered for 10 years, not that it'll take 10 years to have a problem rectified.”

“Tried to order windows in November - lost my order, then failed to return calls, then made several errors in quote, then failed to get back to me even after contacting head office. Gave them a second chance recently with order for glass panels - same experience!!! Mis-transcribed the dimensions and wrong specification. I emailed them back immediately and no response since in spite of follow up phone call! Don't they want to sell anything??”
