“I had a wonderful time with the host, Alisa where I learned to cook Lebanese street food and it was unforgettable! From the very beginning, Alisa and her lovely assistant were incredibly welcoming, and the venue was well equipped and comfortable. The programme was thoughtfully designed around four dishes, including desserts, and the whole class was very well structured. The demonstrations were clear, easy to follow, and made the cooking process enjoyable and stress-free. The class was full of positive energy, and the three hours flew by. Not only were all the dishes absolutely delicious, but the instructions were so clear that it was easy to cook with confidence! It was also a great opportunity to meet new people and share the experience together. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to expand their cooking skills or simply try something new and fun!!”

“Truly could not recommend Ailsa and her amazing cooking classes. Ailsa is such a lovely, knowledgeable and talented chef/person/inspiration. The space was so well equipped, spacious and clean. Then the star of the show was the delicious food and perfectly curated menu. The whole process was incredible and I learnt a tonne and just honestly had the most wonderful few hours.
