“The ladies that took care of us were great! Patient, helpful, etc. It was a bit awkward having to conduct business in the middle of a busy store - but they made it as private as possible. I give them 5 Stars. However I rated 3 stars because of DHL. Be aware that if you use DHL to send personal items to the U.S. (i.e., shoes, clothes, etc.) you will still get charged a duty (?? - or some such fee). I was charged an additional 96 USD (on top of the 151 USD shipping charges) by DHL for personal (obviously used clothing) items; items purchased duty free in Iceland; and for purchased items UNDER the $800 duty limit. While my Sister In-law was charged NOTHING for her purchased items that she shipped. My daughter only shipped her obviously USED clothing and was charged 54 USD. You'd be better off having the store where you purchase your items ship it for you - if at all possible. I would advise against using DHL.”
