★★★★★“The worst delivery company? It took over 2 weeks to finally get my package on their 'Priority Service'. Driver initially stated that we weren't in to take delivery (we were in all day on the day of delivery). I then changed the delivery to a local pick-up point but it sat in their Edinburgh depot for the remaining 2 weeks. Finally left at the pick-up point after asking the sender twice to contact them and chase. As a receiver I was unable to contact customer services. Don't use this company.”
★★★★★“Placed an order from Europe, Was signed as delivered by somebody called WRIGHT Package was not delivered They got scanned several times at the depot. The information I can see via my tracking number. It’s not left the depot and the last time it was scanned was Saturday at two in the morning and now they’re saying they cannot find the package at all. Lady, I dealt with on the phone was lovely however I’m really disappointed in the service from this depot. There wasn’t even an attempt to deliver this package to my house. I got no communication from FedEx at all until I pursued it. I got no information about if my delivery was coming I got no updates and next thing I know my package is missing at the depot and they can’t find it, but it was scanned at. Two days ago at two in the morning as being there. Either someone is stealing packages from this place or they’re just not doing the job right. I paid money for priority delivery as it’s time sensitive and I’ve completely wasted my money and my time by using FedEx in Edinburgh I would highly suggest avoiding them if you wanna get anything delivered. Beyond disappointed in the service Add operations of this location. Avoid”
★★★★★“I do not recommend using FedEx for expedited service.The letter was delivered two days late, and there was no way to claim compensation for the entire month of December because claims were suspended. Instead of clearly stating this, I received an email saying that, because the invoice payer was outside of Europe(untrue), they could not process my claim. The nearest drop-off location that the website directed me to does not handle international shipments, which was extremely inconvenient. Additionally, the driver pickup window is very broad, and there is no call or text notification before arrival.”
