“An utter embarrassing sorting office that they take the hee haw out of customer's using your service and paying for the privilege. I posted a card on 1st December 25 first class ( actually 2 second class stamps on it ) from Tranent going to Auchendinny by Penicuik and on the 11th December 25 it still hasn't arrived yet. Truly awful service and a special occasion ruined. Your an utter embarrassment to the job you get paid to do. I could have walked to the recipient quicker. Another occasion ruined by your awful service.”

“Consistently unreliable and unsafe service. Was expecting a Special Delivery (guaranteed before 1pm) with urgent medication. Tracking showed it in Penicuik, but it never arrived. Called the next day (since they close at 1pm), and was just told it was out for delivery—no apology. Two days wasted on a time-sensitive delivery that could have seriously impacted my health. Service here is consistently terrible. Nowhere else I've lived has Royal Mail been this unreliable or dismissive. I'm now asking my pharmacy to use any other courier from now on.”
