From the initial quotation from Scott, it was clear that he paid huge attention to detail. We had to push the start date for the painting back by a week due to other work overrunning, and Scott was extremely accommodating of this. Scott provided great advice on what might or might not work, answering all of our questions, all while not being overbearing! As is the nature with older properties, a few unexpected things came up along the way - the team took these in their stride and dealt with them very professionally. They put in a huge amount of work to reach an end result which is wonderful and we're delighted with the finish! Scott was also incredibly helpful in letting in other tradespeople while he was working which was very much appreciated. Professional, knowledgeable, cheerful and hard-working - we really couldn't have asked for more and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”
