“Fast response to my enquiry about the restoration of an ornate Victorian cornice after a major structural repair. Gave detailed outline of the likely costs and even an indication of the lead-in time for the repair. Although Andrew`s illness intervened, this still proved remarkably accurate. They turned up on the day they said they would, and worked non-stop when they were here, speedily overcoming any challenges which they encountered whether of their own making or not. The workmanship was excellent and the reinstatement undetectable. The final cost was fully in line with Andrew`s initial indicative cost They don`t drink coffee or tea, and brought their own food so I saved a fortune in comparison with the preceding structural repair contractors who ate and drank me out of house and home!
