He assured us that CrossFit is for everyone and that every movement is scalable. We’ve both been attending ever since and we love the classes, the community and the positive energy in the box. Sasha’s programming is testament to his expertise and is set to challenge all levels and abilities. All the Skirmish coaches are friendly, approachable, encouraging and non-judgmental.
