As a complete beginner in the hybrid fitness world and someone who was just getting back into exercising I was nervous to attend my first class but I quickly realised I shouldn't have been! Katie and Andrew were extremely welcoming and have guided me through every new exercise and technique I have come across. The gym is clean, well maintained and well stocked but above all else has a brilliant positive and motivational ethos. From supporting experienced members in competitions to celebrating small wins for beginners, all levels are catered for. Easiest 5 stars of my life!”
