Project has helped me regain my spark for fitness and encourages me to be consistent and show up for myself with my plan through the need to book in for each session. The classes and small group PT sessions on offer are the best I have attended at any gym. The workouts are structured and you can really feel the progression each week. The coaches are fantastic and offer continued support in and out of the gym, it's great having someone to guide you through the process. Project offers an amazing community that can't be found at any other gym, there's always a friendly face to chat to and cheer you on 🫶🏼”

The gym itself is spotless, well organised and has a great layout. David is always looking at ways to improve things too whether it be equipment, facilities ect which is the sign of someone who cares and wants to be the best. What really sets it apart is the incredible atmosphere — welcoming, positive, and full of energy. I look forward to every session and more so the years to come.
