“Having spoken with Sue Adams more than 6 weeks ago about making curtains she couldn’t have been nicer asking me to give her rough measurements for the curtains I wanted. She txt me back promptly saying she would work out a cost and if I was happy with it she would come to my home and measure for accuracy. Have I heard anything since? No I have not so I am extremely disappointed that what appeared to be a very established business with good reviews could not respond after such a length of time. Needless to say I found someone else who came within the week, quotes promptly and has subsequently been given the job. If my job had been too small then all Sue had to do was say so or say she was too busy. Extremely disappointed”
