“I can't recommend this place unfortunately. I've been a customer for years, and finally gave it up for all the reasons every one was talking about (not feeling welcomed).The last experience was a bike part that haven't arrived after promised few days. I cycled few miles on the agreed day to be told it hasn't been ordered, then came back another time, and it was not there again.No phone call, nothing. I won't be coming again. I think I gave this place milion chances and actually spent there a lot of money.”

“went for a specific part i needed (even had the part i needed open on canyons website on my phone) instead of just providing the part like a normal shop would he told me he would need to check himself, i assured him it was the right part and showed him the canyon website, he then started passive aggressively insinuating my bike was stolen hahah absolute jobsworth, i reccomend literally any other bike shop in edinburgh over this one. iv had better service in halfords and thats saying something. ..”
