“LifesCycle has amazing energy, a great variety of classes and is very welcoming. Though triatheletes use the gym to train (and some instruct) it is not exclusive and trainers make sure everyone is welcome and has a great workout. The mantra is 'Your body, your bike'. LifesCycle sessions are a good alternative to standard gym classes and there are enough classes through the week to allow you to mix it up with your other fitness training. You can book classes online via their website using a credit based system (you buy bundles of credits via PayPal) which is really handy.”
