“I decide to reach out to Jo as I knew her through Cardio street funk, it’s still my favourite dance fitness class (damn her tunes were on point!). That has been one of the best decision I ever made. As a dancer it was helpful having a personal trainer with the similar background. :) She had tailored all the different training programmes to my specific needs and wants, always been patient with my every question, and doubts and progress. Sometimes I feel like she knows me better than I knew myself, and she sure as hell pushed me past my limit. Not only had Jo helped me with get stronger, leaner and healthier physically; her moral support and constructive attitude has had positive effect in boosting my spirit and learning to love myself more. “Jo is genuinely one-of-a-kind. She is so welcoming, friendly and has so much time for her class participants. It doesn't matter if you're completely new to dance, she will help make you feel like you're in a safe and fun space. If you're unsure of anything, she takes the time to answer questions, break things down - anything! She also has amazing choreography skills - such a creative mind (which I really appreciate and love!). No matter where you are on your dance journey, I cannot recommend dance classes with Jo enough - it'll be one of the best decisions you make #JoPose”
