“This is my go to for all things Mexican and have never had any issues with quality or selection! However, the new move to paper packaging around the Monterey Jack has been a complete let down- especially at £4 a block. The old, original packing (presuming vacuum sealed) used to last for ages in my fridge without any compromise on freshness however, this new packaging makes the cheese go rock hard and all cracked. I’m sure it’s still edible however it’s impossible to grate for nice nachos!”
