“I've been to Hugo's a few times now and this recent visit was least enjoyable. The prices of their sandwiches have increased so much so, that for my birthday celebration we ordered from the cheapest options, and these were unimpressive. We also ordered a side of mac and cheese, which arrived as the smallest, most pathetic sad looking side dish ever of 3 forkfulls of food. Really poor. So all in all 2 cheapest sandwiches, side of mac and cheese and a coffee came to £20. Too expensive for the meal that we had, we are unlikely to be returning. Lightning and ambiance was quite sad too, perhaps you can improve on this too.”
