“As a family, We have been coming here since 1998 when we moved from the south to Edinburgh. Al three youngsters aged 10, 9 and 8 were looked after excellently. Yes, folk have come and gone, different ownership and that is fine for that is life. In many ways, just like any other organisation, the practice has continued to improve. That is important. Really welcoming staff, exuding warmth, right from the moment one rings the bell. Well done to the receptionist! That cannot always be easy! The dentist we have, AA, (and her technician) are outstanding. So professional and caring and her advice (which we listen to very carefully) has really made a difference to us. She and all the staff are also excellent with lour neuro-diverse adult son who used to be terrified of going to the dentist. Nothing but praise for the team. Thank you for how you do it, how you care and for making a difference to us.”
