“I have just registered as a new patient and I had a great experience with the receptionist and Hamsa, the dentist. She asked me about my issues and chatted through some options for helping them. She was very good about explaining what she was doing and what my options were. I did have to wait a few months for an initial appointment but that is norm for any NHS dentist now.”

“Great team. However a few improvements could be made. Firstly as someone with mobility issues. The arms on the dental chair should be there permanently. In my previous visit( 12 months ago) they were gone but in this one they had returned (2 days ago). Secondly since appointments are now annual and not 6 monthly. Communication should be improved. I got a text 48hrs before my appointment perhaps a reminder could be sent 6 months beforehand”
