“Previous dental practice told me I needed root canal or an extraction. Registered here and within a week I was seen and tooth was fixed with a bigger filling. No root canal or extraction needed. Dentist and dental nurse Lauren were absolutely amazing and made me feel alot less nervous. Can't recommend this practice enough.”

“First visits were really good and I left feeling better than ever as I've always been embarrassed about the state of my teeth. However, two days ago I had a tooth fracture so I called to book an appointment, only to be told my dentist has left the practice and her replacement doesn't arrive until March 2024 and I CANNOT receive any treatments until then. Pretty sure if your dentist leaves they're supposed to inform patients...Today they have let me walk out the place with a decaying tooth in my head expecting it to survive until then....Wouldn't even inspect it to see if it's even savable until until March, what chance do I have? All this after being left up the creek with no paddle via COVID and lock downs etc. I also pay for treatments and the bill today was £13 odd, handed £15 cash to be told they didn't have change, I don't blame the staff at all for that, but for a place connected to the NHs to not have even £1 odd cash to hand is something else”
