“In my experience, the owner, Jane, and staff at Cranstoun Kennel are knowledgeable and loving towards the dogs in their care. They handle special requests very well and are friendly and helpful to their customers. I have boarded my dogs there for both short and long trips, and I always feel that my dogs are in good, loving hands. The owners live on-site and keep a watchful eye on things. The facility is kept very clean and neat, and the kennel is always prepared for my dog so that the drop-off process is quick and smooth.
