“I honestly can’t recommend this groomer highly enough. This is the best grooming experience my dog has had in his 6 years of being groomed. The team were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish, and the online booking system was really easy and helpful. What mattered most to me though was how my dog was afterwards — he’s usually jittery when I bring him home, but today he wasn’t at all. He was calm, comfortable, and clearly well cared for, which was so reassuring. You can really tell they take their time and genuinely care about the dogs they work with. We’ll definitely be returning.”

“My two border collies were dropped off today to get the ultrasonic teeth clean. Both of them had quite a lot of build up and plaque so it’s something I’ve been wanting to get done for a while properly but was slightly apprehensive as they can both be quite timid and I wasn’t sure on the process. However, the teeth cleaning machinery is completely silent and doesn’t stress the dog out or require sedation so both boys underwent their teeth clean just fine and the results were soo worth it. I can’t believe the difference in just one session. Sophie and Rachael are very knowledgeable and are both so good at what they do. I can be a bit of a neurotic dog mum but I completely trust my dogs with them and knowing they’re in the best care is so important to me. The shop is also very clean and tidy and even has an array of treats on offer to buy also which is a nice touch. The boys also came home super tired which was a nice extra!! Will definitely be back for the boys next teeth cleaning appointment.”

“I’m so excited that Rachael and Sophie have opened their own salon! They used to groom Waffle for a few years (Teddy’s at Goldenacre) before starting their own business and it was a no brainer to follow them out to Juniper Green. Waffle used to hate going to the groomers, but ever since Rachael started working with him, it’s been a completely different experience. She takes the time to make him feel safe and comfortable, and now he actually enjoys his visits! Sophie has also groomed Waffle before, so whoever you choose to do your dog, you won’t be disappointed. They listen to how you want your dog groomed and use their years of experience to make your dog look like they’re about to win Crufts. The new space is clean, welcoming, and cleverly designed with pets in mind. If you have a nervous pup or just want a groomer who truly cares, I can’t recommend Milo and Betty’s enough. Waffle and I are more than happy to travel to the new salon to get the best possible dog groom and professional service you can get Edinburgh / EH postcode. There’s a great deli/cafe called Molly’s opposite which is a perfect place to get a coffee/food whilst your dog is in with them.”
