“Unfortunately we were severely let down by Pure Cleaning. Had them booked (with email confirmation) for a deep end-of-tenancy clean, but on the morning where they were meant to arrive at 9am I was having to chase them after 10am to find out their whereabouts. Got through to Reception who said someone would call back. Didn't get a call back, so called Natalia on her mobile who told me there had been a mix up (a lady had called to rearrange the booking, despite me not being a lady nor calling to rearrange. There was also no email confirmation of this change), and so we were left high and dry with no further help offered from Pure Cleaning for the day. Reached out to Sparkling Horizon Ltd who, whilst expensive, were able to get a team of three cleaners to the property within two hours and did a great job. My advice would be to avoid Pure Cleaning and look elsewhere as they are, unfortunately, unreliable.”
